Agreement to Terms
Welcome to the official digital platform of Calyptrex. This document serves as a formal service agreement between you, hereafter referred to as the passenger, and Calyptrex, a facility operator based in Singapore.
By accessing our website and initiating a reservation for our grounds, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these provisions in their entirety. This relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore , including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and all local regulations applicable to recreational facility management. We aim to provide a transparent experience for all passengers.
If you are booking for a group, you confirm that you have the authority to bind all individuals in that party to these standards. We reserve the right to modify these clauses to stay aligned with evolving local legislative requirements and operational needs. Your continued use of our services following any updates signifies your acceptance of those changes.
Reservation Procedures
To secure a spot on our course, passengers must first select their desired schedule and group size through our online portal. Upon completing the digital reservation form, Calyptrex will hold the requested slot for a period of exactly 48 hours from the timestamp of the online reservation. This temporary hold allows passengers sufficient time to arrange their logistics and visit our physical location to finalize the booking.
If the subsequent steps are not completed within this 48-hour window , the reservation will automatically expire, and the slot will be released back into our general inventory for other players to book. This policy ensures that our scheduling remains efficient and that all interested parties have a fair opportunity to access our facilities.
Payment Schedules
The finalization of your reservation requires a physical visit to ensure security and compliance with our localized operational standards. Passengers are required to visit our registered office located at Coyuco Building, 152 Jln Besar, Singapore 200870 . To complete the transaction and fully secure the slot, the full amount must be paid in cash at this location.
We do not process digital payments for the final balance through the website at this time. Once the cash payment is processed by our staff, your status will change from a temporary hold to a confirmed passenger, and your official entry documentation will be issued for your upcoming game.
Cancellation and Modification
User Cancellations
We recognize that personal schedules can change unexpectedly. Passengers are permitted to cancel their reservations at any time until the day of the game. If a cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the game, the passenger is eligible for a full refund of the fees paid.
However, should a passenger decide to cancel their reservation on the actual day of the game, a deduction of 50% will be applied to the total charges, with the remaining balance being returned to the individual.
Refund Processing
Upon a valid cancellation, our team will request your bank credentials to initiate the return of funds. We aim to process the release of funds within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request and the necessary banking details. While Calyptrex initiates this process promptly, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your respective account. This duration is subject to the internal processing times and policies of your bank provider and is outside the direct control of Calyptrex.
Operator Changes
In rare instances, environmental conditions or government directives may require Calyptrex to alter a schedule or adjust facility access. We will communicate such changes via the contact details provided during the booking process.
If a game is cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, passengers will be offered an alternative date or a full return of their funds.
Traveler Obligations
Passengers must ensure they follow all rules of conduct while on our grounds. It is the responsibility of the passenger to arrive at the facility at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time to facilitate check-in. We expect a standard of behavior that ensures the safety and enjoyment of all individuals present. Failure to comply with the instructions of our staff or engaging in behavior that disrupts the facility operations may result in removal from the grounds without a refund.
Additionally, passengers must disclose any specific logistical needs during the booking process to ensure we can accommodate them effectively within our operational capabilities.
Limitation of Responsibility
Calyptrex acts as the operator of the golf course and related facilities. However, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by extreme weather conditions, natural events, or government-mandated closures. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the passenger for the specific reservation. We are not liable for incidental costs such as transportation or equipment purchases incurred due to changes in the schedule.
